to be adopted, none of your choices
are easy.

your choices. We have included these brief discussions to help you think

Remember all of your choices will have consequences,
good and bad. The key is to make an informed decision that you can live
with...A decision that you know to be right...
Parenting:
This option is extremely difficult to process. It is a life long commitment
and yet you feel your life is over. When you feel like your
"career", "education", "financial stability" and/or "relationship" is in jeopardy by this pregnancy, it is even harder
to view parenting as a positive alternative. But your life isn't
over. Our counselors will help you break down all your concerns and help
you see the benefits and the realistic challenges to choosing parenting.
Abortion:
This
would never happen to you. You can't believe you are now faced with choosing
abortion. This is critical...the decision to abort should never be made
quickly or under pressure. It is your body and the law makes it your choice.
Even though abortion seems like a quick answer there are physical, emotional
and spiritual risks to abortion, and before you make that choice, you must
explore all the facts. Your counselor at ChoiceOne is trained to answer
all your questions and give you the most accurate and up-to-date information
on abortion. It is your future that will be affected...you need to
know...

Adoption:
This
may seem like the hardest decision to make. The idea of carrying a child
for nine months only to then give him/her to another family may seem
emotionally impossible. However, if parenting and abortion are choices
that seem too overwhelming, adoption may be the answer. There are many
types of adoption plans available, your counselor can explain your adoption
options.
